This incredibly unusual event features 40 original short plays from playwrights from all over the United States. Here's how the Festival works: Audience members vote each night for their favorite play. The winners then move on to the finals and a chance to compete for cash prizes. The closing night of the festival, April 26, features an awards presentation and closing night party, which the audience is invited to attend.You've got to love off-off-off Broadway. The Boob Job, a burlesque heist, produced by the Pinchbottom Burlesque is happening for two days, April 18 and 19 at Collective Unconscious on the Lower East Side. Nudity, burlesque, cabaret, what else could you ask for.This just in, the multi talented Sean Hayes will make his NY stage debut in Damn Yankees with stage vet Jane Krakowski in this summers Encore Series Production of the classic musical. Judging by Hayes's song and dance talent that he's shown glimpses of on Will and Grace, these tickets are going to be snapped up faster than you can say "Damn Yankees."
