Mike Whitehead (known as "Rebel" to the Bristol Motor Speedway Online Fan Forum) passed away on Sunday, July 18. In the earlier stages of his fight, his band of online friends from the "Jelloville" community joined together to give him one very special ride at Bristol ;-- one with the Richard Petty Driving Experience.Today our friend has taken a ride much more special than that. Ryan Newman put his name in the record books at Bristol Motor Speedway in March of 2003 when he set the track record during qualifying.
