Part 1 Questions and Answers in Part 2 The Center for Judicial Excellence, or CJE, is a community-based organization established to improve the Marin judiciary's public accountability and restore and maintain the integrity of Marin County courts. Our courts have been the subject of complaints, stories, headlines, inquiries and audits (both internal and external) for many years. We think there needs to be greater communication and collaboration between the Courts and the Marin community.
