About this original series

Boym Partners, a New York-based design studio led by Constantin and Laurene Boym, brings a playful, experimental approach to a range of products that infuse humor and wit into the everyday. Frequently drawing from American iconography, it creates a variety of products and environments for an international roster of companies, including Alessi, Swatch, Flos, and Vitra. Constantin Boym has taught at Parsons The New School for Design in New York and was a resident at the American Academy in Rome; Laurene Boym currently teaches product design at the School of Visual Arts in New York. Their work is included the permanent collection of The Museum of Modern Art.
