In this big screen update of the classic 60's TV series, Rogen plays Britt Reid, the irresponsible son of a newspaper publisher who, after his father's death, finds himself seeking new responsibility as a crime fighter. Aided by a new friend named Kato, an expert in martial arts, and a sleek fighting machine on wheels called The Black Beauty, Reid embarks on a mission to redeem himself as The Green Hornet by taking on the city's underworld.
