A scathing report from Ontario's independent police review board, has confirmed what was obvious to the rest of us, two years ago: that the G20 police force -- consisting of Toronto police, the OPP, and the RCMP -- was not only grossly ill-managed, but brutally assaulted the freedoms of a thousand Canadians, wrongly arrested and often beaten, whether they protested or not.
