Hosted by Library Director Hal Hubener, the show features library staff, patrons and individuals whose interests and activities relate to the Library. Cover to Cover is made possible through a contract with the non-profit cable station BTW21, Collinsville, Virginia, and the Blue Ridge Regional Library, headquartered in Martinsville, VA.
