Cover to Cover is a 30-minute television show designed to promote the Blue Ridge Regional Library’s programs, services, materials, and events. Hosted by Library Director Hal Hubener, the show features library staff, patrons and individuals whose interests and activities relate to the Library. Cover to Cover is made possible through a contract with the non-profit cable station BTW21, Collinsville, Virginia, and the Blue Ridge Regional Library, headquartered in Martinsville, VA.
