On many occasions I have questioned Chairman Fajt on whether or not the PGCB in their regulations could make our casino operators mail their patrons who they’re tracking with REWARD CARDS casino monthly statements. He has always said that the PGCB could not and that it would have to go through legislation. But when I asked him the same question tonight, on the PCN TV call in show, he said something quite different.
