Beyond the Garden (BTG) is a monthly vegetarian cooking experience that explores healthy and tasty vegetarian and vegan cuisines and the convenience and benefits of a vegetarian lifestyle. BTG provides entertainment and nutritional information for all food lovers, focusing on the vegetarian and vegan diet, by creating and preparing delicious meals and highlighting facts and resources that are beneficial to new and veteran vegetarians and those interested in becoming vegetarians.
