AMSTERDAM - The success of the London 2012 Olympics, the "first digital Olympics," was a historic moment for the television as multi-feed, multi-screen event, says Ingrid Deltenere, Director General of the European Broadcasting Union (EBU), in this interview with Beet.TV While digital video wont change the footprint of television on a pure numbers basis, it will greatly enhance the "stickiness" of programming through personalization.
