TubeMogul's Transformation into a Leading Video Ad Platform

Emeryville, California-based TubeMogul, launched in 2008 as video syndication and analytics tool for video producers (which we used), pivoted about two years ago to transform itself into a top video advertising delivery platform.
In April, company delivered 830 million videos, comScore reported last week. This puts the company as the third biggest independent video advertising company.
Last week at the OMMA Video conference we caught up with TubeMogul founder and CEO Brett Wilson for this overview on the company's evolution, it's recent growth and some new efforts including serving ads in in Facebook Apps and games.
