It quickly became "the" reference source for card collectors. Today, Beckett Baseball Card Monthly has an audited paid circulation of more than 725,000 for total paid circulation by issue. In just a few years, Jim Beckett turned his passion for sports card collecting into a successful publishing business. Beckett Publications now produces magazines that cover baseball, football, basketball, hockey, motorsports, sports collectibles, as well as youth-oriented entertainment such as anime, Pokemon, YuGiOh, Hannah Montana and similar "teen sensations."
