As we prepare for the Canadian 2009 budget to be handed down tomorrow, we already know that the budget has some pretty big numbers.The reported deficit or short fall from revenue to expenses is estimated at $34 billion for 2009 and a further $30 billion for 2010. In simple terms, this works out to a short fall of $1,024 for every man, woman and child in Canada in 2009 and a further $903 in 2010.
