BAVC's myJobPath video series is designed to help job seekers more effectively use their networks to get jobs. The series includes videos about the entire job search process: building rapport with people, networking, looking for jobs, talking to employers, practicing job interviews, and informational interviews, as well as testimonials from job seekers who used these tools to get jobs, employers themselves, and job coaches -- people who help other people find jobs.
Bay Area Video Coalition, or BAVC (pronounced "bay-vac") is the nation's largest noncommercial media arts center. BAVC was launched in 1976 as a way to make emerging video technology accessible to independent mediamakers. With that mission still at it's core, BAVC now serves thousands of independent producers, youth and media partners through a host of innovative technology services, programs, and classes. http://bavc.org
