Bay Area Video Coalition, or BAVC (pronounced "bay-vac") is the nation's largest noncommercial media arts center. BAVC was launched in 1976 as a way to make emerging video technology accessible to independent mediamakers. With that mission still at it's core, BAVC now serves thousands of independent producers, youth and media partners through a host of innovative technology services, programs, and classes. http://bavc.org
