New Jersey's Essex County Prosecutor Paula Dow at a press conference on Thursday, June 26th, 2008, where she announces the name of the murder suspect in the shooting death of Montclair resident Monica Paul. Police say Paul, 31, was gunned down in front of her 11-year-old daughter by her estranged husband, Kenneth Anton Duckett. Paul died from multiple gun shot wounds. She and her daughter were waiting for her four-year-old son to finish a swimming lesson.
