About this episode

Irritated because the judge Morris Jacobson concede to Johannes Mehserle the chance to bail out of the jail (the bail was set in 3 million dollars) around 50 persons closed two principal streets in Oakland's dowtown (Broadway & 14), the afternoon of January 30. Mehserle, a former Bart police officer, shot and killed in January 1 to Oscar Grant III. Since January 7, Oakland has been the scenario of continuos protest, some of them violent, for this case.
