This video was created by VSA Vermont's Awareness Theater Company for The Vermont Center for Crime Victim Services to promote their New Neighbors Victim Outreach project. The project's aim is to inform Vermont's growing refugee and immigrant population of their rights if they become victims of crime and the services that are available in Vermont to assist them. We deliver this important message using our colorful artwork, music and an imaginary country called "Ozerbania". There are 10 different language versions of this video.
