Tuanliwor Kiwo together with Telingga Gire, an indigenous Papuan was tortured in May 2010 by the Indonesian military for 2 days until his escape. Mr. Kiwo was arrested at the Kwanggok Nalime TNI post near Yogorini village on his way from Tingginambut towards Mulia, Papua, Indonesia.
