Megan Heath tells how creative technology is and empowering force for economic justice and personal fulfillment. She spoke at the launch for the Creative Monterey County Action Plan sponsored by the Arts Council for Monterey County and the Community Foundation. Megan's work with South Monterey County Arts and Technology (SOMOCAT) made her realize many Spanish-speaking farmworker households in Monterey County do not have access to the internet or the opportunity to develop skills to participate in the Creative Economy.
