OS X Tips and Tweaks: How to Enable a Mouse-Over Highlight Effect in Stacks

This terminal tweak will enable a hidden mouse-over effect when browsing your stacks in grad, list and fan view. Instructions: 1. Copy past the following command into terminal: defaults write com.apple.dock mouse-over-hilite-stack -boolean YES 2. Reset the dock by typing in the following: killall Dock Enjoy your new Mouse-Over Highlight Effect!
