Webr will then give you a url where you can access your website from anywhere, it's just that easy. Then just maintain it from your phone. Over: text+photos: There are tons of apps out there that let you add effects to your photos, but what about an app that lets you add stylish phrases to you photos. Over: text+photos is an app that lets you do just that. The app has a very simplistic layout that makes the process easy. Once you're done share it on Instagram or other social networks, or just save it to your camera roll. Weather Neue: If you're looking for a weather app that has nothing but style, Weather Neue is it. Talk about a simplistic layout, there is only one screen. The app will find your location, if you let it, and tell you the weather for right then, and the next four days. Literally, that's it, and we like it that way. App of the Week: Layout Framing your photos and sharing them has never been more fun than with Layout. Layout lets you lay-out your photos using customizable frames, borders, stickers, drawings, effects and more. You can create something awesome to share quickly, or take your time and really come out with something you love.
