At the intersection of Lancaster Ave. and N. Wayne Ave., owner of Pat's Barber Shop, Pat Shannon, says that his shop has barely been affected by the economic crisis. While many retail stores are closing in Wayne, it seems that many of the restaurants and service stores who have built a community or neighborhood following, are hurting the least.
