Get rid of the boring workouts and stop limiting yourself to certain exercises. Intense pilates with the Wunderchair, the Cadillac, the Reformer, and other devices will give the ladies a real mix challenging enough for the men. The workouts here are difficult enough for the seasoned lifter but informative enough to allow the newbie to keep it interesting.

American Fitness Network goes ape with the Arcade and Pinball Expo in South Florida. Playing arcade games was a great pleasure in the Golden Age of video games. Simple but addictive was all the rage for 25cents. While today's children are getting fat and taking the subject matter of newer games much too seriously, this event enabled us to enjoy the games of old. Where are the exercise videos? Lauren Small shares a personal moment with her audience when she celebrates her daughter's first birthday party. Never to early to start training, it was held at a local Gymboree. At this place, the playground provides an obstacle course for children to exercise and enjoy. While it may be a number of years before Stella makes her own Pilates videos, Lauren will be posting new videos this weekend! We hope you enjoy this as much as we did.
