Tutorial on how to make a cool bib necklace out of a chain and safety pins I scored from the Dollar Tree. I'm not affiliated with them or anything like that, I'm just a fan of cheap stuff =PThe pins don't come undone or anything like that while I'm wearing it, but if I were to make it again I'd probably glue all the pins shut with a hot glue gun or superglue.
