Zobair is chief of the research, evaluation and monitoring division of the Development Organisation of the Rural Poor. DORP is a national NGO in Bangladesh and has been involved in the WASH Alliance programme since 2010. Zobair feels that while infrastructure in Bangladesh is quite good, government mechanisms are poor and political will often lacking so this is where efforts should be focused.
