Waking up at our summer estate in the north of Sweden is a great experience. Especially waking up before the kids...... Completely quiet, warm, peaceful, and with a calm and stunning lake as a background.
Don't turn your baby around at 12 months. Watch this short video and you'll realize why you should keep your child rear facing for as long as possible. Facing the rear is 5 times safer than facing front! Instead of turning your baby around at 12 months, get a rear facing or convertible car seat and keep your toddler safe. Summer is almost here and our favorite entertainment place for children just opened. Lådbilslandet is a casual adventure place where children drive their own vehicles without any parental intervention. All cars are hand made, powered by a lawnmower engine, have accelerator and steering wheel, are modeled after real cars and trucks, and run about 2-3 mph. Children drive on small paved streets with signs and markings, just as on a real road. Every session lasts about 15 minutes. Ages vary from 2...

It was a lame winter in Stockholm, Sweden but we tried our best to still have some fun in the snow. It meant many times seeking desperately after snow covered areas and often riding on grass barely covered with snow. The kids had fun but we're hoping for a better winter next season.
Having a child face the rear is the safest way to ride in a car. As you can see in this short clip, facing forward puts tremendous stress on the neck and head of a little child. Compare this to my other clip where the child is facing the rear. It's a huge difference. A child should always face the rear as long as possible. Preferably until age 4 or 5.
Having a child in a rear facing child seat is 5 times safer than a regular forward facing seat. Kids should always stay rear facing as long as possible. Try to find a seat which permits your child to stay rear facing to at least 3 or 4 years of age. It makes a huge difference.
TSK Malmen managed once again to become Swedish Champions in tennis for the indoor season 2008. This year turned out to be a tough year, especially during the fall, due to some injuries among team members. The playoffs took place weekend of March 29-30 at our club in Stockholm. We defeated Kungälv in the semifinal on Saturday and then Vetlanda on Sunday in a very close match.
