The Anoka High School orchestra, under the direction of Michael Halstenson, performs as part of the Northwest Suburban Conference Music Festival. The festival was held Feb. 2 at Coon Rapids High School. Band, choir and orchestra students from 10 schools in the Anoka-Hennepin, Osseo and Elk River School Districts participated in the day-long event.
