Alot of people don't appreciate the difficulties a cab driver encounters while doing his or her job. Between city driving, and weather, and unforseen obsticles, the driver also has to interact with the dispatcher, the vehicle, and the passengers...ahhh, the passengers! they can be a little bit of a distraction.
