Note: this video is to examine what happened & learn from this incident; it is NOT a time to be a troll and attack Tex for something that is done & over with. We all make mistakes & the important thing is to learn from them & drive on. Anyway here is how I define accidental, unintentional & negligent discharge and lot of other info to include training, equipment, abilities & all the variables that come into play when you pick up a firearm.
