Halloween Makeup Tutorial: Effie Trinket from The Hunger Games

Halloween is just around the corner, and this year, we’re prepared! Our favorite movie of the year was The Hunger Games (we’ve already started our countdown for Catching Fire), so naturally we wanted to dress up like one of our favorite characters. While we love Katniss Everdeen (and the actress who played her, Jennifer Lawrence), Effie Trinket (aka the hilarious Elizabeth Banks) is much more fun with her crazy makeup and tinted hair.
