For the sixth consecutive year, Deloitte has been named one of the Human Rights Campaign’s “Best Places to Work,” earning a perfect 100 percent rating on HRC’s Corporate Equality Index. The CEI measures inclusion initiatives, company benefits, and the support made available for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender personnel and the wider LGBT community. Deloitte sponsors the Business Coalition for Benefits Tax Equity and the 2011 Out and Equal Executive Forum, which provides diversity training for LBGT employees.
