A website is a lot like underwear. You keep it after you’ve worn it out and swear you’ll use it, even if it no longer fits your needs. You know that’s not a good idea for underwear, and it’s certainly not the best choice for the online face of your company. But how do you know when it’s time change? It's one of the biggest challenges we face with our customers. They invested so much energy to create their site that they don't want to replace it. The result is a frankenstein of sorts, with updates and graphics added in a patchwork fashion. I'm sure you've seen that before.
