Our inspiration is drawn from the Switchfoot song of the same title. The Economy of Mercy is where all humans are placed. We are desperate, alone, and hopeless. In the economy of life, we are but common beggars, yearning for something meaningful to hold onto.That something is grace. God’s currency of grace saves us from the economy of sin that we live in. Our redemption is found in his scarred, bloodied hands. Without You, we are lost for an eternity.Economy of Mercy films is dedicated to the creation of films that center on this hope. We wish to be a part of something bigger than ourselves. Our goal is to glorify the one who saved us from our self inflicted demise. Our films are not pulpits and our desire is not to preach.
